Özlem is a Partner at TurnpenneyMilne LLP. She advises and represents employees and employers in all areas of employment law.

Prior to joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Özlem practiced at a pre-eminent employment law firm and articled at the Ministry of Labour and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Özlem obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree (in International Relations and Political Science) from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with distinction.

Özlem sits on the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association’s Labour and Employment Law Section, as well as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
