Jay provides clients with essential advice in assessing litigation risk while finding business solutions to complex legal issues. Jay has significant experience with both international and domestic arbitration. He is a member of the ICC and LCIA, in which Jay has dealt with commercial disputes covering a broad range of industries, including banking, shareholder disputes, commercial property, energy securities, and financial recovery enforcement. Jay has also acted as counsel on various complex commercial development projects, CCAA restructuring and multi-party construction disputes.
